Laline Canada – VIP Buyer Pay By Link Terms
These VIP Buyer Pay by Link Terms (“Terms”) are between Laline Candles and Soaps Ltd. (“Laline”) and the recipient of the Pay by Link request who has purchased Products pursuant to the applicable Program Agreement (“Buyer” or “you”, such link the “Payment Link”, and such capitalized terms as defined below). Laline provides premium bath, body, and other self-care products such as body scrubs, lotions, soaps, and fragrances.
To enter into these Terms and purchase the Products (as defined below), you must be enrolled in the [VIP Buyer Program] (“Program”) and must have entered into a written agreement with Laline for your participation in the Program (“Program Agreement”). For clarity, the Program is not available for the purchase of Laline products for personal use as a consumer. Buyer represents that they are not entering into these Terms as a consumer and that the the products purchased under the Program Agreement that are the subject of this Payment Link request (“Products”) are not for Buyer’s individual use.
- Payment for Products
You have received the Payment Link because your have requested to pay for the Products using the Pay by Link service. You must pay for the Products in accordance with the the applicable Program Agreement using the Payment Link.
Do not pay any amounts using the Payment Link if you have not purchased any Products or if the amount to be paid pursuant to the Payment Link is not the amounts agreed to for the Products.
- Terms of Sale
These Terms and the purchase of the Products are subject to the Program Agreement between you and Laline. All terms of sale for the Products, including with respect to the delivery of the Products and refunds or cancellation (if applicable), are subject to the Program Agreement. You may contact Laline with respect to your purchase of the Product by using the contact information provided in these Terms. Once Laline receives payment for the Products, Laline will contact you to arrange a time and location for the delivery of the Products. Except as otherwise expressly stated in the Program Agreement, Laline does not offer refunds or returns for products purchased under the Program. Buyer is subject to all restrictions with respect to the Products set out in the Program Agreement.

- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Program Agreement. Where the Program Agreement does not expressly specify the laws that govern the Program Agreement, these Terms and the Program Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario without regard to any conflicts of law rules that might apply.
Where the Program Agreement does not expressly specify a forum for disputes, Laline and Buyer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario in respect of any dispute, controversy, or claim in connection with these Terms, the Program Agreement, or the Products.
